Hello, and welcome

HelloLoved started with a simple frustration: the things we use every single day are too often the things we think least about. The lamp in the corner. The hand cream by the sink. The little ceramic dish that holds your rings overnight.

None of it is glamorous. All of it shapes how a day feels.

So we built a shop around exactly that — well-made, quietly beautiful things for your home and your skin, at prices that don't ask you to think twice. Nothing precious. Nothing you're afraid to actually use.

What we look for

We're picky, and deliberately so. Every product we list has to pass three tests:

Does it work? Function first. A pretty thing that frustrates you isn't worth owning.

Does it feel good? Weight in the hand, texture on the skin, how it looks on a shelf at 7am. These things matter more than the spec sheet suggests.

Would we keep it? If we wouldn't use it in our own home, it doesn't go in the shop.

We'd rather carry a small, considered range than a catalogue of everything. If it's on our site, we chose it on purpose.

How we work

We're a small, independent business. We don't own a warehouse or a factory floor — we work directly with trusted manufacturing partners who make our products and ship them straight to you. That keeps our costs down, and it means we pass the difference on rather than spending it on storage.

The honest trade-off: your order travels a fair distance to reach you. Delivery to Australia usually takes 1–3 weeks. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you after checkout.

Our promise

If something arrives damaged, isn't what you expected, or simply doesn't work out — tell us. We'll make it right. You can reach us at support@helloloved.com and we answer every message ourselves, usually within one business day.
